Mr. Kalman also counsels clients on these issues. He is licensed to practice before federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Kalman has litigated and tried cases as well in federal and state courts in California and handled appeals in the California appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of California. He also has argued before the Delaware Court of Chancery and appeared before the Supreme Court of Delaware. He too has directed and supervised (a) the course of complex civil and criminal litigation involving parallel judicial proceedings in the United States and the United Kingdom and its territories, and (b) the prosecution and registration of intellectual property inside and outside of the United States.
